I loved the hotel's location in ginza it meant shopping was super easy. it was also tucked away in a quiet spot, a lovely escape after a day of exploring. the staff helped move my luggage to another city. It was a real lifesaver.

the room i had felt a little cramped for two people it might be better suited for solo travelers i think. the breakfast selection was fine, but a bit basic in my opinion. more variety would be nice.

the location were ideal for get around. the staff seemed really nice, they helped me find good restaurants. i liked the breakfast buffet a lot, it were very varied.

the polyester carpeting and insufficient air conditioning became a problem for me. the room felt stuffy. i couldn't adjust the conditioner, which lead to not good sleep.
